The School Commission is a "consultative body" that advises the principal and pastor on policy and administrative issues that affect the school. Members do not make decisions, nor do they serve as a grievance committee. With the hard work and commitment of faculty, staff, parents, and parishioners, significant accomplishments have been achieved in a number of areas:
-
Full accreditation by the NW Association of Schools and Colleges and the Western Catholic Education Association
-
Development and implementation of St. John 2000 curriculum framework Strengthening of school/parish relationship
-
Review and modification of Fair Share Tuition Program
While the School Commission does not make decisions, members serve an important role as communicators and welcome ideas and comments from parents.
