Lay Ministry Commission

The Lay Ministry Commission  promotes and supports fellowship and volunteerism at St. John's. It operates out of the basic philosophy that the most effective and fulfilling lay ministry occurs when parishioners and school parents volunteer out of their God-given gifts for building up the Christian community. The commission provides opportunities for the discernment of gifts and appropriate ministry. It also assists with training, supporting, evaluating and acknowledging volunteers.
