Dear Bennett,

I am delighted to write you this letter. How is life in America? I am extremely fine.

Bennett, I thank you and all those friends that have made their contributions towards my school fees. It goes without saying that my parents have been struggling to pay school fees for me. My future in school was blurred and uncertain. Your coming in has indeed rescued me and I am grateful.

I have been able to take one serious exam in the seminary since we opened school last January. I am glad to inform you that I did very well in that exam. I took the 14th position out the 37 students that are doing their first year in the seminary. I promise to work extra hard as I am now getting settled and that I have this sponsorship!

I promise to pray for you. Pray for me too that I may one day serve the church as a priest.

Sincerely yours,

Samson Mwaiwatha.

Dear Bennett,

I first of all would like to thank you for the gift of money you have sent me as my school fees and my pocket money. I also thank you and the whole group that has volunteered to give me this wonderful and undeserved gesture.

I think it will be pleasing to you to know how I am doing in class. In the first term term I took position 29 out of the 37 students doing the first year. I promise to work hard as I am now getting used to the life in the seminary and in the boarding school. I see myself doing better than the first term in the examinations to come.

I am coming from a very poor family who cannot afford to pay fees for me in any school. I find what you have done to me as God's intervention in my life and vocation.

I finally ask the Almighty God to keep you and your families in his loving care. I wish you all the best in all that you do.

Your loving son,

Alfred Chingwalu

Dear Bennett,

I am very pleased to hear that you have volunteered to help me in paying my school fees. I did not have anybody to rely on when it came to my school fees. Your gesture is more than a blessing to me.

My name is Cosmas Thomas Kamwendo. I was born on 5th March, 1989. I am an orphan from a family of eight children and I am the fifth born. I am doing my first year of high school here in the seminary. I scooped position twenty out of thirty-seven students in the last exam. I am working hard to do better and your assistance is already a boost.

I will be praying for you. May God lead you and help you in all that you do so that many more people may experience God's love through you.

I thank you once more for your help.

Yours faithfully,

Cosmas Thomas Kamwendo

Dear Bennett,

I have written this letter to thank you for what you have done to me. I was very happy to learn that you have paid school fees for me for the remaining part of the year. My parents were about to tell me to drop school for they could not manage to pay and keep me at school. They have difficulties in raising money even for the upkeep of the house.

Let me tell you also that I did very well in my last exam that I took just before Easter. I took position two amongst the thirty-seven students in my class. I promise that I will keep on working hard in class. I hope I will be able to know more about you and all the people that are making the sacrifice to pay for me in our future communication. God willing, we will be able to meet one day if you happen to visit Malawi in future!

I promise you my prayers. God should reward you a hundred fold for your kindness towards the church and the poor people of Africa. I ask for your prayers too so that God may give me discernment of my vocation.

Receive my warm greetings.

Yours faithfully,

Matthias John Maneya

Dear Bennett,

Many thanks for what you have done to me. I did know where to go to get my school fees. I thought I was going to find myself at home for failing to pay the school fees required at the seminary.

I thank you therefore for the money sent to me as school fees and pocket money. My grandparents with whom I stay because I am an orphan will be glad to learn that you have come to our rescue. May God bless you in all your deeds. My wish is that I will come to know you in our future communications.

I did very well in my last examinations. I came 15th in a class of 29 students. I am working hard as I am preparing for the junior government examinations which will be taken this September.

Lastly, receive my greetings and thank you so much once again for your timely donation towards my school fees. I will be praying for you and all your families. Do pray for me too as I need your prayers so that I may be focused in what I am here for.

Yours truly,

Juvancio Mzika
