Infant Baptism takes place four times a year at the weekend Masses.

Preparation is scheduled prior to those selected weekends.

St. John offers Confirmation preparation to the young people of the parish (usually juniors and seniors in high school) every other year. The next Confirmation preparation will take place in early 2006. If you are interested you may contact Mary Volk.
Children grades 2 through 6 participate in Children's Liturgy of the Word will begin on October 3 and run through May on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th Sundays of the month at the 10:30 a.m. Mass. On the 3rd Sunday of the month, the children are invited to gather around the altar when they return for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
Sunday School for ages 4 through 7 begins October 3, 2004 in the preschool room in Quigley House.
